Meet the creators of By Chance
Africa By Chance is an online business that was started by Michael Chance and Liberty Bell. Michael has lived in South Africa his whole life and recently transferred to Sydney with work. Michael endeavored to keep a connection with Africa and created an online business, sourcing and selling hand made African décor, and so “By Chance” was born.
Africa By Chance specialises in African décor sourced locally from South Africa, Zimbabwe and Malawi.
Our range includes: Hand crafted Malawian Cane furniture and Zimbabwean basketry amongst others.
Our business strives to source traditional products from African communities with the goal of boosting local business. We look to build partnerships with local producers and promote their crafts to Australia.
